[ Mingzhu Ye (Rachel) ]

      Mingzhu (Rachel) Ye, born in Beijing, China, is a talented producer, director and singer. She has received a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree in filmmaking. She has been involved in the production of the movie “Forever Enthralled” (directed by Kaige Chen) and the TV series “The Legend of Yang Guifei" (directed by Xiaogang You). She has been awarded the prestigious honor of the national top 60 of a Chinese most famous singing competition TV show, Super Girl. At the same time, she was invited to record multiple tracks in the soundtrack for the TV series “Journey to The West” (produced by Jizhong Zhang).

 

      She has worked on numerous productions to date and one of the productions, a comedy short film “Table For Four”, which produced and directed by her, was an official selection at the LA Shorts International Film Festival. A film festival which has both Academy Award qualification and BAFTA qualification. She also won a Best Director Award at the Austin Comedy Film Festival in 2020. The films that produced by her has been awarded and nominated at tons film festivals in recent years worldwide.

 

      She fluently speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is very good at communicating with people. She is also very good at financial management. Rachel lives by the motto of 'more for less’ which is represented in her films, as she uses the least cost to produce the best productions.
